MEV Consultancy was founded because the IT recruitment market has a persistent problem: most recruiters are excellent at process but lack the domain knowledge to evaluate technical candidates accurately. A PM with PACS experience looks the same as one without it — on paper. An Agile Coach who facilitates ceremonies looks the same as one who actually transforms teams — on a CV.
After delivering healthcare IT projects at Founda Health Canada, Philips Electronics, and through independent consultancy — including a $5M banking core systems cloud migration, SCADA/NERC CIP cybersecurity assessments, and interoperability initiatives — I know exactly what the right candidate looks like for these roles.
